Our Vendor Management service is a value-added service we offer to our clients as a cost effective solution in managing their IT related programs and vendors. Under this program, ENVISION functions as the project manager and/or the primary vendor with the trusted responsibilities for associate vendors' selection, screening and daily management. This service not only enables our clients to minimize their overhead in vendor management and accounts payable but also further relieve our clients from co-employment liabilities.

In order to provide this service, ENVISION works with a select group of authorized vendors to meet our clients' needs, while providing a single point of contact to our clients. Prospective vendors are put through a defined vendor qualification process, such that only the most qualified vendors join ENVISION's select group of authorized vendors.
